Is LollyBanks accountable for delivery delays?

LollyBanks is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact details for all types of shipments, including priority and express. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot be held accountable for any damaged, delayed, or lost items.

What constitutes an undeliverable address?

Undeliverable addresses can include incorrect or incomplete addresses, absence of P.O. box numbers, refused deliveries, or items marked 'Return to Sender.'

Is LollyBanks responsible for costs associated with undeliverable addresses?

LollyBanks is not responsible for costs incurred due to undeliverable addresses. We may charge additional fees for reshipping returned packages or those considered lost. Claims for lost, damaged, or delayed items must be made within 10 days of the last tracking update or expected delivery date.
